The Sadhana, Sound & Silence Retreat
April 23 - April 27, 2026
Wimberley, Texas
This is a Silent Retreat, intended to create a container for deep introspection and rest. For four nights and three full days, our focus will be on waking during the Ambrosial Hour for Sadhana (daily spiritual practice), being immersed in the sacred Sound technology of the Gong, Singing Bowls and Mantras; and experiencing the Golden Light of Yogic Silence. This is a Silent Retreat, intended to create a container for deep introspection and rest. Those who feel called to step into this rhythm of practice and stillness are warmly invited to learn more and register by clicking the Register button above.
❋ Collaborative Energy
When speaking is set aside, the connection within a group deepens in remarkable ways, moving beyond language and into shared vibration.
❋ Intentional Structure
The temple where we will practice Sadhana each day is a dodecagonal maloka with an 36’ diameter, loosely styled after the Munay Sonqo maloka in Peru’s Sacred Valley. It features a beautiful spiraled roof design centered over a selenite altar.
❋ Expert Facilitation
The retreat is led by seasoned teachers and experienced Sevadars who are present to hold the energetic container, offering guided meditations and deep experiential work through sound and meditation.
❋ A Supportive Space
The SSS Retreat 2026 is located at Forest Sanctuary Of The One, which is a medicine temple nestled in the Juniper forests around Wimberley, Texas. Its purpose is to inspire individuals to find harmony within themselves, nature, and the Divine through sacred ritual and ceremony.
“Anāhata Nāda is the unstruck sound, the sound of silence, the sound of the void. You can hear it, but you cannot tell what it is. You cannot miss it, but you cannot make any sense of it. It is that which transforms the world of the senses back into the cosmos or pure energy.”
Shri Brahmanada Sarasvati in his text, “Nāda Yoga”
